So happy and grateful you are taking the time to read this and learn a little bit more about me and my journey. Like it says, I am Dusty, and I live in Southern California near the beach with my amazing husband and our two dogs. When I was 20, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an inflammatory disease where my large intestine gets ulcers, and my food is not able to digest properly. I had no idea at the time what that meant or how it would impact my life. I fought it for years, was able to get a college education and then started working in corporate America. After about 10 years of being diagnosed and trying every treatment under the sun with little to no success, I decided to make a total life change. In June of 2015, I quit my job, sold everything, rented my house out and moved to Chile in South America.

One of the BEST decisions I ever made!!!

While I was there, the last thing I was looking for I found. I met someone from Venezuela who was also living in Chile, and we have been inseparable ever since. We got married and have been together almost 10 years. After 7 years in Chile, we decided to move back to Southern California where I started my own business taking care of the elderly. Unfortunately for many reasons we had to close our doors. During this time, I started having horrible pain in my lower back. After many treatments and tests, I learned I was born with an extra vertebra in my back and the pressure was causing one of my vertebrae’s to chip. I had to have two screws put in my back and have been unable to work ever since.

Through my recovery I was desperate to find something I could do. We needed the income, and I wanted to contribute but when you have ulcerative colitis and a back issue, it limits greatly what you’re able to physically do. I knew there was something out there though I just needed to find it. I searched and searched and started to feel hopeless until one day I was lying in bed scrolling through instagram and randomly came across the account of a young mom of 4 selling a digital product. I had seen other people trying to sell things online but the way they were doing it didn’t feel right. Didn’t feel honest. It took a little bit of time, but I finally found what I was looking for!!!

I couldn’t believe it!!!

So here I am today, very new to this digital marketing world, but filled with hope and desire and excitement at everything I have learned and the possibilities for someone like myself to achieve regardless of my health issues and physical setbacks. This digital marketing world I am learning each day is so AMAZING and ANYONE can do it regardless of their health, their age, or their experience.

I am so excited to finally be where I am now and to share this all with you to better our futures forever!!!
